Once an order is placed, cancellations or changes are not possible. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Delivery times vary based on location, item size, and season:

• Small items: 3–10 business days
• Large items: 1–3 weeks
